RETURN POLICY
Disclaimer: Purchasers of company products from independent retailers must refer to each
individual retailer’s policies on returning products. These terms and conditions are
intended to provide information only to authorized retailers who purchase company products
directly from our site. This return policy is not intended to provide information to the
general public and therefore, should not be relied upon.
A. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS. You shall inspect all products immediately upon receipt. You shall
inform company in writing within five (5) business days following receipt of any
non-conforming products, at which time a course of action for addressing the issue will be
determined.
B. CONSIGNMENT RETURNS. If you desire to return any products that you are holding on
consignment, company reserves the right to charge you a refurbishing fee equal to fifteen to
twenty percent (15%-20%) of the cost of the product if the product is not returned in
substantially the same condition it was in when originally furnished. All shipping costs
incurred in connection with return of consignment products shall be borne by you.
C. REGULAR RETURNS. All stock returns must be pre-approved by company, which in turn shall
issue to you a return authorization number. Company reserves the right to charge you
restocking fee equal to fifteen to twenty-five percent (15%-25%) of the cost of the product.
All shipping costs incurred in connection with such returns shall be borne by you.
